Three years of consolidating job opportunities for disabled people in Yucatán

Approximately 200 individuals with disabilities from Mérida and various municipalities in Yucatán now have formal employment and job opportunities within our company. These employment opportunities have been solidified through the "Kekén T-Incluye" labor inclusion scheme, which was launched in February 2021. Three years of success with inclusive employment opportunities After reaching its three-year milestone, individuals with auditory, intellectual, motor, psychosocial, visual, or multiple disabilities are engaged in a variety of tasks across our different facilities, from processing plants to corporate offices, thereby creating new inclusive job opportunities. René Ledesma Abdala, our head of Inclusion, explained that so far, about 200 employees are part of the inclusive employment program in technical, administrative, operational, sales, and production areas.
