Kekén's commitments to the 2030 SDG agenda
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), established on September 25, 2015, and promoted by the United Nations, consist of a set of global objectives aimed at eliminating poverty, safeguarding the planet, and ensuring prosperity for everyone through the cooperation of governments and organizations committed to these goals. Each goal is accompanied by specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years. Leveraging our Sustainable Pig Farming practices and guided by the SDG 2030 framework, at Kekén, we have identified three key pillars: Development, Community, and Environment. These pillars encompass a range of initiatives designed to positively impact social and environmental conditions, with the aim of facilitating significant and positive change within communities.
