Hiring milestone: 200 people with disabilities employed

Promoting and strengthening a culture of workplace inclusion for individuals with disabilities has been one of the challenges we've embraced at Kekén since 2021. By leveraging our operations, we've facilitated access to formal employment for this demographic through our Kekén T-Incluye program. Two hundred individuals with various disabilities have managed to transform their lives by securing formal and respectable employment, which has provided them with greater independence while simultaneously reinforcing our position as a company where everyone has solid opportunities.
