Workshops held to develop skills for Area Managers and Supervisors

Developing the skills of area managers and supervisors across various company units was a key goal of the workshops conducted at the Company, as part of the Alma Project initiative led by the Sub-Management of People Development and Work Environment. These training sessions, held over the past few weeks, aim to identify and enhance the leadership qualities of each supervisor and department head. The objective is to bolster their ability to lead teams in alignment with the company's guidelines and new directions, striving to make Coexca S.A. the best workplace in the industry. "Through these workshops, we aim to improve the competencies and skills of each supervisor, who are responsible for leading teams and thus must guide groups of people. This is a significant task for the entire organization. We want them to recognize their strengths, assess them, and address areas for improvement, with a clear goal of leveraging their best qualities to foster an excellent work environment. All these efforts are part of our commitment within the Alma Project, which we are implementing at the company to make Coexca S.A. the best place to work in Chile," stated Yeimi Alarcón, Sub-Manager of People Development and Work Environment. The workshops are conducted by Plan Humano Consultores, advising Coexca S.A. on the implementation of the Alma Project.
