One of the goals of the Gender Equity Program at Coexca S.A. is to enhance the involvement of women across various sectors within the company. This aim presents a significant challenge due to the limited number of women in the meat production industry and various cultural factors. However, this goal is gradually being achieved within the company through the increased hiring of women, whether in leadership positions or roles traditionally dominated by men, where women are now taking on a central role.
