Coexca S.A. workers highlight the company's people development policy
In recent days, as the country reflects on its current events, leaders and workers from both unions of the Company have come together to acknowledge the virtues of Coexca S.A., notably the company's commitment to its people, which stands as a cornerstone of its management philosophy. Interviewees unanimously agree that Coexca S.A. represents a realm of advancement, offering every employee the chance to progress, enjoy job security, and reap the benefits of the collective effort and the company's growth. Eduardo Poblete, with 15 years at the company and currently the head of Union No. 2 at Coexca S.A., highlighted the firm's long-standing "positive spirit" across all areas, emphasizing that its management focus is squarely on its workforce. "The positive spirit of the company and its employees has been key to the company's success. There's an open forum for dialogue at all levels. Everyone is given opportunities to grow, without exception. Job security here means you can plan for the long term. Coexca S.A. is like a family, where people are at the heart of the company's management," he stated. This view is shared by Rodrigo Araque, President of Union No. 1 at the company, who asserts that Coexca S.A. enables its members to "develop as individuals, grow, and envision a future for themselves." Like his colleague, Araque, who has also spent 15 years with the company, points to job stability and the policy of sharing the fruits of success with its employees as key attributes. "The company has a productive project, but it's also a social one, because here productivity is linked with the welfare of its workers, as the company cares about the well-being of its people," Araque emphasizes. Similarly, Hortensia Rebolledo, an administrative staff in the Accounting Department, believes that one of the company's main strengths is the opportunity it provides for growth and development, supported by a long-term job stability policy. "This place is more than just my workplace; it's a space for personal and professional development," she states. Echoing previous sentiments, Gabriel González from the Freezing Area, highlights job stability and the chances for personal and professional growth. In his nearly 3 years at the processing plant, he has been able to take on new responsibilities. "I've given my best at work and gradually, I've been entrusted with new opportunities and responsibilities. This shows that there are chances to grow and succeed," he points out.
