Coexca S.A. promotes workplace safety among its employees.

The company participated in the activities held nationwide on the Day of Reflection for Safety, organizing a meeting with various stakeholders from the Company to discuss issues related to occupational health and safety. At the event, each participant shared their experiences on topics related to occupational health and safety, driven by the belief that building a safety culture is essential for preventing workplace accidents. The discussion took place during a breakfast organized by the Joint Committee on Hygiene and Safety of Coexca S.A., with employees from different departments of the company in attendance. Among the participants were Maximiliano Gallegos, the Administration and Finance Manager; Carlos Hlousek, the Operations Manager; César Rodríguez, the Process Manager; Yeimi Alarcón, the Deputy Manager of People and Work Environment; and members of the company's Risk Department. The attendees appreciated the meeting for the opportunity it provided to share ideas and perspectives on a critical issue for the company: occupational safety. Marcelo Henríquez, who works in the Slaughter Area, praised the quality of the meeting. "I find these sessions very beneficial because it's important for workers to be encouraged in risk prevention. At Coexca S.A., there's a special focus on occupational safety at all levels," he commented. Patricio Opazo, who works in the Packing Area, also found the meeting to be very significant for him and for everyone involved with the company. "Personally, I always give priority to safety issues," he stated.
