Coexca S.A. implements rigorous protocol amid Covid-19 health emergency

Coexca S.A. has implemented a range of measures aimed at safeguarding the health and well-being of its employees across all its facilities, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the health authorities. Yeimi Alarcón, the Deputy Manager of People Development and Workplace Environment, mentioned that the protocol put into place is the result of collaborative efforts among various Management teams, Unions, and the Ministry of Health, incorporating external experiences, health regulations, and expert advice. Key initiatives include the use of an advanced disinfection system (Nocospray Oxipharm) in high-traffic areas such as break rooms, changing rooms, restrooms, and the cafeteria; an increase in the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of spaces used by employees, contractors, and suppliers. Furthermore, temperature checks are conducted for everyone entering the facility using a non-contact thermometer. Concurrently, a physician has been hired to be on standby for any emergencies. Additionally, for those administrative roles that allow it, remote work options have been made available. These and other measures are part of a dynamic plan that continues to integrate further actions to achieve the aforementioned goals.
