Evidence of this has been the recent reorganization in the company's accounting management area, where four team members have taken on new roles with increased responsibilities. The Manager of Administration and Finance, Maximiliano Gallegos, mentioned that to meet the short-term challenges the company faces, it was necessary to reorganize work in that management area. In this context, he stated, "We assessed the performance of our employees to create development opportunities for those who have excelled in their various roles." Therefore, at the end of last year, we decided to reorganize work, giving new responsibilities to our employees because we believe they have earned the right to take on new roles with greater responsibilities," he affirmed. Yeimi Alarcón, Deputy Manager of People Development and Workplace Environment, pointed out that the company has fostered the creation of growth opportunities for its employees, based on their commitment, effort, performance, and interest in improving themselves. We strive to ensure that everyone, according to their merits, has opportunities for development and growth within the organization," she emphasized. Following these principles, the company appointed Matías Carreño as the accountant for Coexca S.A., who, before taking on this role, worked as an accounting assistant. Meanwhile, Maribel Díaz, who was in charge of Raw Materials in the Company, now takes on the accounting management for Tak S.A. and Balanceados SpA. Roberto Varela, previously part of the Internal Control Unit, now officially becomes the accountant for Agrícola Coexca S.A., after having supported that area. Additionally, Hortensia Rebolledo, who has been involved in similar tasks within the team for a year, now takes on the exclusive responsibility for overseeing matters related to the tax area. The aforementioned employees expressed their joy and pride for this professional growth opportunity within the company and agreed that these new roles represent a significant challenge.
