As a result of digitizing administrative processes within the company, Coexca S.A. aims to become a "Paperless" organization, a goal that involves gradually reducing paper usage, an initiative that will start to become apparent this year. Maximiliano Gallegos, the Administration and Finance Manager at Coexca S.A., mentioned that the company has, for some time now, been investing in digitizing its administrative processes. He noted that a natural outcome of this would be a decrease in paper usage for these processes. "The company's goal is to reduce paper use and achieve clutter-free desks by lowering the paper consumption typically associated with the company's administrative processes. To properly meet this goal, we must approach it from various angles. As we manage to digitize all our business processes, this will result in reduced paper consumption," he stated. He also mentioned that Coexca S.A. has its business processes digitized, a key factor in the company's development. "Today, we have state-of-the-art ERP software like Oracle, which allows us to access information and processes online, thereby gaining speed and efficiency that contribute to the company's administrative and management processes. This modern software and other actions will enable us to reduce paper consumption and streamline our processes," he affirmed.
