Carton Freezer to increase its freezing capacity

The execution of work aimed at enhancing the capacity of the Carton Freezer at the Coexca S.A. Processing Plant, the most advanced freezing system in Latin America, has begun. The ongoing projects will double the freezing capacity from the current 110,000 kilos per day to 220,000 kilos per day. Carlos Hlousek, the Operations Manager, mentioned that the building was designed in two development phases. He elaborated, "What we are doing is expanding its capacity with the necessary equipment." Furthermore, César Rodríguez, the Process Manager, stated that this expansion of the Carton Freezer's capacity aligns with the projected increase in production over the coming years. "The only way to meet the company's objectives and respond to the export market's demands is to enhance the capacity of the Carton Freezer," he asserted.
