A positive assessment of the "Don't Just Pass By" campaign is made.

The President of the Joint Committee on Hygiene and Safety at Coexca S.A., along with the Head of the Risk Prevention Department, Marcelo Ulloa and Isaí Moya respectively, conducted a positive review of the campaign "Don't just walk by, safety is not a game". The initiative, which spanned three months, received support from the Chilean Safety Association (ACHS). Its goal was to reduce accidents by 10 percent, which could potentially occur within the company due to its operational activities. The campaign engaged various sectors of the processing plant and marked the first of its kind in Coexca S.A.'s history. Isaí Moya highlighted this milestone, emphasizing the opportunity to undertake prevention-related actions aligned with the company's own interests and goals. "We had always had generic or national campaigns proposed by mutual insurance companies. But this time, we designed our own campaign, carried out with our people, our commitment, and everyone's effort. And it was a very positive experience because we managed to conduct activities and achieve our goal of reducing workplace accidents. Personally, it was a rewarding experience," he stated. Marcelo Ulloa also agreed with the positive assessment and emphasized the creation of dialogue opportunities between workers and company executives, which allowed for the sharing of experiences and the promotion of new initiatives. "In this campaign, we all contributed our bit to develop the proposed action program. The outcome was positive because we involved the entire plant, which meant the participation of about 400 workers," he confirmed.
