Thai Union Secures Thailand Labor Management Excellence Award for 2023

On January 3, 2024, in Samut Sakhon, Thai Union Group PCL along with six of its affiliate companies, namely Thai Union Manufacturing (TUM), Okeanos Food (OKF), Thai Union Feedmill (TFM), PakFood, i-Tail Corporation (ITC), and Thai Union Seafood (TUS), were celebrated for their exceptional achievements in labor management during the year 2023. These accolades were awarded for their exemplary performance in employee relations and labor management practices, in a ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Labor. The awards were handed out by Mr. Phol Dhamtham, the Governor of Samut Sakhon Province. These recognitions are given to companies that excel in managing their workforce, ensuring employee welfare, and align perfectly with Thai Union’s SeaChange® 2030 initiative, which aims for Safe, Decent, and Equitable Work. Both Thai Union Group and TUM have been honored with this prestigious national award for 11 years in a row, demonstrating their long-standing commitment to excellence in labor management. Meanwhile, OKF, Pakfood, TFM, and TUS have proudly accepted this honor for the third consecutive year, showcasing their dedication to maintaining high standards in employee relations and welfare.
