Doherty, who previously held the position of Commercial Director at John West, steps into the role to oversee operations across the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and various export markets, succeeding Paul Stephenson who departed the company at the end of February. Before his time at John West, part of the Thai Union Group, Doherty gained experience at Northern Foods, Nestlé, and Anheuser Busch.
