Thai Union Group has steadfastly maintained its dedication to aiding the communities it serves amidst the ongoing health crisis. The company was represented by Suthidej Amornkasemwong, its Managing Director, during the donation of 1,000 protective suits to healthcare workers in Samut Sakhon Province. This contribution, stemming from the "Green Giving project 2: PET to PPE," was gratefully received by Narong Rakroi, the Governor of Samut Sakhon. About the Green Giving project 2: PET to PPE: Initiated as a joint effort among three Thai Union facilities in Samut Sakhon and the startup Trash Lucky, part of the SPACE-F program, the "Green Giving project 2: PET to PPE" aims to repurpose PET bottles collected from these plants into protective suits for medical staff on the front lines of the COVID-19 battle in the province. Thai Union remains committed to uplifting the communities it is part of, firmly believing that through united efforts, we can collectively overcome this challenging period.
