Thai Union Group and ITC have contributed 10,000 garbage bins to the Samutsakhon Local Government Office.

Thai Union Group PCL and i-Tail Corporation PCL contributed 10,000 garbage containers as a part of the National Campaign for Managing Food Waste to the Local Administration Office of Samutsakhon Province. This initiative was spearheaded by Khun Vorarat Lertanantrakool, the Human Resource Director at Thai Union Group, and Khun Natthawat Phokaew, a Director at the primary level for the Samutsakhon Provincial Local Administration Office. The ceremony took place at the Community Justice center of the Pantainorasingh Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Samut Sakhon. The purpose of this contribution is to heighten the awareness and significance of segregating household and food waste. This practice not only has the potential to generate extra income but also plays a crucial role in minimizing greenhouse gas emissions and lessening the adverse effects on the environment and local communities.
