Regeneration Project completed by ABP Langport

ABP has successfully completed a significant redevelopment project worth £15 million at its processing facility in Langport, Somerset, located in the South West of England. The renovation involved expanding and enhancing the facility's meat processing capabilities, employee facilities, areas for chilled and dry goods storage, as well as the maturation section. Supported by the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE), this initiative has improved the plant's operational efficiency and reduced its environmental impact. Additionally, it has expanded the facility's capacity to handle more value-added products. The project has led to the creation of over 100 new jobs and supported an additional 200 jobs during its construction phase.
