Irish Hereford Prime beef and ABP celebrated 20 years of partnership at a recent event in Nenagh. Irish Hereford prime was established in 1997 by the formation of a Hereford Beef Producer Group supported by the Irish Hereford Breed Society with ABP processing the cattle. Since then, Irish Hereford Prime has developed a reputation as a premium product in the Irish and export markets where its taste and tenderness is highly regarded by many of Europe’s leading retailers and food service providers including a number of Michelin starred restaurants.
