Chinese business owners toured the Thai Union shrimp facility in Samut Sakhon.

On June 27, 2023, in Samut Sakhon, Thai Union Group PCL hosted a delegation of 30 Chinese business leaders from various parts of the world at its shrimp processing facility. This event was a highlight of the inaugural World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention that took place in Thailand over the weekend. Accompanied by officials from the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, these entrepreneurs toured the facility's production area to observe the individual quick freezing (IQF) technology in action and participated in a tasting event featuring the factory's premium offerings such as boiled shrimp, sashimi-grade shrimp, and shrimp tempura. Additionally, the visit facilitated exclusive discussions on business opportunities with senior executives from Thai Union.
