ABP UK welcomes new Commercial Director

ABP UK has announced the appointment of Darren Jones as its new Commercial Director. In this role, Darren will oversee the sales division and lead various commercial initiatives across all of ABP's facilities in the UK. With a career entirely dedicated to the meat industry, Darren is also recognized as a Livery Man by the Worshipful Company Of Butchers, highlighting his deep insight into the sector's challenges and opportunities. Darren's journey within ABP has seen him evolve from an entry-level position at ABP Northampton, where he started as a tea boy, through various roles including a trainee sales position in Ellesmere, to Commercial Manager and then General Manager at ABP Doncaster. This diverse experience has equipped him with a broad skill set and a thorough understanding of ABP's operations, positioning him well for his new role as Commercial Director.
