The Second Environmental Court of Santiago, in a decisive and unanimous decision, found that the operation of the San Agustín del Arbolito farm owned by Agrícola Coexca S.A., located in the San Javier commune, is lawful and complies with all environmental regulations governing the activity. It also clarified that the public complaints regarding the granting of operating permits were found to be ineffective.
