Last week, the Castleknock Hotel in Dublin was the venue for the announcement of The Macra National Leadership Awards during a distinguished gathering. The recipients of these awards were Cara O’Mahony, James Barber, and Patrick Carthy. These awards are designed to acknowledge the exemplary leadership abilities demonstrated by Macra members both in their respective clubs and in the broader community. The initiative not only elevates the quality and standards of leadership within Macra but also serves as a motivation for enhancing club activities. In attendance and featured in a photograph were Finbarr McDonnell, the Chief Operating Officer of ABP Food Group, alongside the awardees James Barber, Cara O’Mahony, Patrick Carthy, and Sean Finan, the president of Macra na Feirme.
