# SEA rejected the appeal and confirmed the environmental resolution for the San Agustín facility.

The Executive Direction of the Environmental Assessment Service (SEA) firmly denied the three appeal resources submitted by Teresita Herrera, Ramón Romo, and Jacqueline Abarza. These appeals were against the decision made by the Maule Evaluation Commission, which in September 2019, approved the Environmental Qualification Resolution (RCA 225/2019) for the optimization project of the manure management system at the San Agustín del Arbolillo Pig Farming Center, located in San Javier, owned by Agrícola Coexca S.A.
