Premier Graduate Opportunities at Danish Crown

Attracting top-tier talent is crucial for Danish Crown as a company, to prevent them from joining other firms. Over the past four years, significant time and resources have been invested in enhancing the company's graduate programme. This programme annually recruits a new group of selected, talented, and management-driven young graduates. This effort has led to Danish Crown's graduate job being ranked as the 7th best in Denmark, as evaluated by Graduateships, the country's largest graduate organization. The ranking considered over 300 different graduate jobs. Gitte Dalgaard Hansen, who oversees the graduate programme, praises the line managers, mentors, and everyone else who contributed to the programme's development. She highlights the significant progress made in a few years, something that everyone at Danish Crown can take pride in. The ranking is based on the evaluations of students who have considered or have become graduates. Gitte Dalgaard Hansen also credits the success to the exceptional graduates who have been part of the programme over the years. She emphasizes their role as ambassadors for both the graduate programme and Danish Crown as a whole. Their ability to represent the company to the outside world, particularly to their peers, is invaluable. The recognition is valid until the summer of 2022, at which point all Danish graduate programmes will be reassessed.
