# Patricio González, at farewell: "Coexca S.A. was my second home"

For a span of 14 years, Patricio González Escobar was an integral part of Coexca S.A., initially working in the Slaughter Area and subsequently in By-products. However, a few weeks ago, this chapter came to an end when he decided to take voluntary retirement at the age of 69, marking the conclusion of a significant phase in his career. This decision, he admitted, was not made lightly, as the company had become like a second home to him and a place where he found fulfillment. "Working at Coexca S.A. has been a pinnacle experience in my life, despite having been employed at various places. I will never forget the company. Everyone should feel proud to be a part of it because the company genuinely cares for its people, offering them good salaries, job stability, and other benefits, along with a clear career path that allows individuals to grow and develop," he stated.
