New Managing Director announced for Cermaq Chile

Pedro, a graduate of industrial civil engineering from Chile University and an MBA holder from Tulane University, USA, has a rich experience of over two decades in the salmon industry. He has held high-ranking managerial roles in Processing and Farming at Invertec, Scale Chile, Multi X, and has been serving as the Production Director of Cermaq Chile since 2019. Steven Rafferty is delighted to declare that Pedro Courard will assume the role of the new General Manager of Cermaq Chile starting from March. Pedro's vast industry knowledge and significant contributions to the management team and staff make him the perfect fit for this role. His exceptional management and planning abilities have been instrumental in leading the Production Area. He will receive complete support from Steven and the Cermaq Group to further strengthen and enhance Cermaq Chile. Pedro Courard, on his part, expresses his excitement to embrace this new challenge at Cermaq, a company that is a national and global industry leader. He aims to carry forward the work initiated by Steven, which has led to improvements in all areas. Pedro Courard will officially step into his new role as General Manager from March 1.
