Holsted Welcomes Its First Employees
Randers, January 31, 2013 The development of the new bovine abattoir in Holsted has transitioned from the planning stage to the implementation stage. The project team of Danish Crown, led by Technical Director Niels V. Juhl, has consequently relocated their workstations to the construction location in Holsted, located in the southern part of Jutland. - Up until this point, we have collaborated with the architects from aarhus arkitekterne and the turnkey builders Midtjysk Totalbyg at the Rambøll’s offices in Aarhus. However, now that all the blueprints are complete and the construction of the buildings has begun. As a result, it is logical for the project team of Danish Crown to be present at the construction site, states Niels V. Juhl. Four team members from the project have set up their base in multiple temporary cabins at the construction site, from where they will closely monitor the progress of the work. - Being physically present here allows for quicker decision-making and ensures a smoother construction process for the abattoir, adds Niels V. Juhl. As the year progresses, the number of project team members present at the construction site is expected to increase to between 8 and 10 individuals.
