To acknowledge his dedication and outstanding performance, Coexca S.A. selected Héctor Martínez Muñoz from the Department of Risk Prevention and Environment as the employee of the month. He joined the company in 2017, initially working in the Quality Assurance Department, and in October 2019, he transitioned to his current role. Here, he is responsible for managing the wastewater treatment plant of the processing facility and the environmental laboratory, a challenge he describes as significant in his life. Martínez expressed his surprise at being chosen as the employee of the month, a recognition he had never anticipated. "Learning about this honor was truly unexpected. I received a call and thought it was work-related. But, I never imagined it would be to inform me I was the employee of the month. It's something you don't foresee or imagine. It was very rewarding because it acknowledges the hard work, daily effort, and commitment I have towards Coexca S.A.," he stated. Héctor Martínez, a Risk Prevention Engineer, shared that his three years at the company have been a very positive experience. "Working at Coexca S.A. has been enriching. I've learned a lot. There are people here deeply committed to the company. It's been very positive," he confirmed. He highlighted the sense of unity among all members of the company as a key quality that contributes to achieving common goals. "In the company, everyone shares a common objective, and there's a strong sense of unity. At Coexca S.A., it's clear that there's unity among all members of the company," he remarked. Martínez added that his time at the company has proven that "Coexca S.A. offers opportunities for growth," which fuels his desire to continue contributing to the company's development for many more years.
