In recognition of his dedication and performance, Coexca S.A. selected Patricio Reyes Azócar, an assistant in the Quality Assurance Department, as the outstanding employee of the month. Receiving this honor brought him joy and surprise, especially as he was starting his summer vacation. "It was a surprise to get this news while I was on vacation. It made me proud, and it motivates me to continue growing both personally and as a contributor to the company. Coexca S.A. is more than just a job to me; it's like a family. I've always felt supported by everyone here; I've learned the value of teamwork and camaraderie. This recognition was unexpected, but it makes me very happy," he shared. Patricio Reyes joined the company a year and two months ago, taking on the role of assistant in the Quality Assurance Department. Since then, he has described his time at the company as a significant learning and contributing experience towards its development through his role. At 20 years old, he sees a long future for himself at the company, with plans to study and specialize in quality assurance-related subjects. Joining the company was one of his life goals, for which he repeatedly submitted his application until he was finally hired. "My main future project is to study, to pursue a degree; also to start a family, and to grow personally and professionally. I'm interested in studying a discipline related to quality assurance or agronomy. Honestly, I see myself working at the company for many more years because it has been a very pleasant experience, and there's a lot of room to make a contribution," he stated.
