# Demerger of Mowi ASA

The Board of Directors of Mowi ASA has signed demerger plans as preparation for the sale of the two development projects the Egg and the Donut. The Egg project comprises inter alia grants for 6 development licenses and an agreement on the right to use the technology to be tested in the Egg project. Project Donut comprises inter alia grants for 1.4 development licenses and an agreement on the right to use the technology for completion of the project.

In accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Act, the demerger plans and appendices are now available to shareholders on the webpage of the company.

The demerger plans have been submitted for registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The demerger plans will be presented to Mowi’s annual general meeting for approval, expected to be held on 2 June 2022\. Further details will be provided in the notice of the general meeting, expected to be distributed on 11 May 2022.

The demergers are expected to be completed in July 2022, subject to approval by the annual general meeting.
