"Thanks to Kekén, we now have a medical center to go to, with a doctor available for consultations. Better times are ahead for us in Tamchén," shared Leticia Kú Ek, one of the first patients at our newly opened Medical Attention Center (MAC) established in that precinct of the Kinchil municipality in Yucatán. The new clinic, situated in the community's main square, was once a neglected property. After undergoing a restoration process, it has now opened its doors to provide health care and medications to the Yucatecan populations, serving over 500 residents of Tamchén and the surrounding areas.
