# Coexca S.A. makes a technological leap to a new version of its management software.

Coexca S.A. is set to make a significant technological leap forward through the integration of cutting-edge global information technologies, enhancing the company's development across production, administration, and commerce. This advancement is marked by the deployment of the Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) system version 12, one of the most contemporary solutions worldwide, which will further streamline a range of administrative processes within the company. This upgrade will improve upon the modern platform currently in use, which is an earlier version. Maximiliano Gallegos, the Administration and Finance Manager who has spearheaded this transformation, highlighted that Coexca S.A. has long been at the forefront of employing information technology in its various processes, utilizing the latest versions available globally, in line with the company's size. This strategy has been strongly supported by Coexca S.A.'s Board of Directors, who have shown a committed and visionary approach to developing and acquiring IT solutions that enable the implementation of advanced systems to support the company's growth. “A critical factor in Coexca S.A.'s success has been the early adoption of an ERP system like Oracle, enhancing the company's administrative and management processes. This required looking at the company's medium and long-term growth projections and moving forward with the deployment of information technology systems that could meet the demands of a company of Coexca S.A.'s size, in advance. We have successfully done this in the past, and now we are upgrading to a newer version, positioning ourselves at the forefront of information technology use,” he stated. Indeed, as he explained, transitioning to a new version of Oracle's ERP will make a range of processes more efficient, such as integrating electronic billing with accounting; billing by route sheet; optimizing the supplier payment cycle; and reducing internal support times. Moreover, he mentioned that the new platform is at least ten times faster than the current version used by Coexca S.A. for some time. “This new platform will allow our organization to eliminate manual tasks and administrative errors, boosting productivity and enhancing process efficiency. We are evolving to a platform that matches the company's growth,” he emphasized.
