# Coexca S.A. holds a particular concern for its employees.

In order to acknowledge his dedication and commitment, Coexca S.A. selected Luis Merino Cruzat from the By-products Department as the outstanding employee of the month. Upon hearing the news and expressing his happiness, he stated, "Working at Coexca has been a great experience. It's a wonderful journey." "There's a positive work environment here. Coexca pays special attention to its employees, focusing on occupational safety and our well-being." This is what makes the company great: it's not just about the work; there's also a genuine concern for the employees in every aspect, including safety and welfare. I'm motivated to work at Coexca S.A. I enjoy coming to work here," he emphasized. Additionally, Luis Merino made it clear that while this is an individual honor, it also serves as recognition for the team in the By-products Department. "This award is for everyone in the By-products Department. We're a team!" he stressed. Luis Merino resides in Maule, in the Villa Francia area, and is a father to four children: Daniel (28); Verónica (26); Jonathan (25); and Luis Felipe (16). He confessed that among his main goals is to continue his career at Coexca S.A. for many more years, reaffirming his commitment to contribute his best to the company's growth. "I'm happy at the company. I hope to be here for many more years," he concluded.
