Coexca is set to become the top workplace in Chile.

As a way to acknowledge his contributions and performance at the company, Coexca S.A. selected Camilo Faúndez from the Deboning Area as the outstanding employee of the month. Originally from Villa Alegre, where he currently resides, he joined the Company in October 2014, working in the Freezing, Bagging, and Deboning Areas. Faúndez shared that the news of his selection as employee of the month brought him joy but also disbelief, thinking it was a joke. "I never imagined I was the employee of the month. I thought it was a joke. I never expected it, among so many good workers in the company. Honestly, the news took me by surprise. It's an honor. I was happy because the company recognizes my efforts and dedication," he stated. Speaking of Coexca S.A., Camilo Faúndez highlighted the positive work environment at the Company. "There's a family unity here. If someone has a problem, there's always someone willing to listen or give good advice, regardless if they are a coworker or boss. That doesn't matter! There's unity among everyone. It's pleasant to come to work at the company. There's no conflictive atmosphere. This is my second home, it's welcoming, I enjoy coming every day. Without a doubt, Coexca is going to be the best place to work in Chile. There's a concern for the people who work in the company," he emphasized. Camilo Faúndez acknowledged that this recognition is a motivation that commits him to give his best in his daily tasks and to continue - at 24 years old - with his training plan to keep developing within the Company.
