The updated website for Cermaq and salmon farming is designed to cater to the interests of stakeholders, featuring new components such as the ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) dashboard and quarterly updates on our key sustainability performance indicators. Jon Hindar, the CEO of Cermaq Group, states that the revamped website mirrors their new customer-centric strategy, marking a significant shift in their operational approach. The website also showcases their dedication to transparency and their leadership in the realm of sustainability. The unique aspect of sharing sustainability performance every quarter, along with the verification of their annual sustainability results by an external auditor, is emphasized by Jon Hindar. The detailed 2015 sustainability report meets the Comprehensive definition of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and has been audited by Cermaq’s external auditors.
