# Board visits new Balanceados Coexca S.A. feed plant

The Board of Directors of Coexca S.A. recently toured the new facilities of the Balanced Food Plant Coexca. The state-of-the-art facilities, which are under construction at kilometer 275 on Route 5 South in the municipality of San Javier, are equipped with cutting-edge technology from Denmark and the Netherlands, enabling the production of 20 tons of feed per hour. Joined by company executives, led by CEO Guillermo García, the board members were introduced to the project, its current progress, and the food production process for pigs that will take place at the facility. This process is designed to supply the pig farms of Agrícola Coexca S.A. and Agrícola Soler Cortina. Following the tour, Claudio Soler, the Chairman of the Board of Coexca S.A., expressed his satisfaction with the rapid construction progress and the technology that will be available, making it one of the most modern facilities of its kind in the country. "The construction is progressing swiftly, and we anticipate that the plant will begin operations in the first half of this year. It is a feed plant that employs state-of-the-art equipment from Denmark and the Netherlands and highly efficient processes, making it one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in Chile," he stated.
