Ball Park® Brand Launches #FrankItForward Initiative to Support Baseball Stadium Vendors
SPRINGDALE, Ark., July 22, 2020 – The joy of summer often revolves around days spent at the baseball stadium. With spectators now enjoying America's beloved sport from their homes this season, Ball Park® brand is striving to recreate these cherished summer feelings while also assisting baseball stadium vendors through the #FrankItForward campaign. Coinciding with the comeback of the baseball season and National Hot Dog Day, Ball Park brand is promising a $100,000 donation to support unemployed baseball stadium vendors and is encouraging fans across the country to participate in the #FrankItForward campaign. Starting today, fans can get involved in two ways on Twitter with #FrankItForward: either by posting a video or photo of a cherished baseball memory using #FrankItForward, or by simply re-tweeting the brand’s announcement of the campaign. Besides Ball Park brand’s initial donation of $100,000, for each tweet or re-tweet using #FrankItForward, the brand will contribute an extra dollar to baseball stadium vendors for the first 50,000 qualifying tweets until September 7, 2020.* “Even though this year's favorite summer pastime looks different, the enthusiasm for the game, the food, and those who make it unique, like baseball stadium vendors, remains unchanged,” stated Jennifer Dahlgren, senior director of marketing for the Ball Park brand. “The #FrankItForward campaign allows us to continue celebrating the season by giving back and encourages Ball Park hot dog and baseball fans everywhere to spread some goodwill this summer.” All donations made by Ball Park brand will be allocated through Major League Baseball Charities. “We are grateful to MLB’s social responsibility team for their assistance in helping these deserving stadium vendors receive a little extra this season,” Dahlgren added. “The knowledge that we can all unite and step up to the challenge during crucial times makes this campaign even more meaningful.” To find out more about #FrankItForward and Ball Park brand, visit www.ballparkbrand.com or on Twitter. *No purchase is required to participate. The campaign runs now through September 7, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. or 50,000 qualifying tweets, whichever occurs first. View campaign disclaimer.
