With surprise and great joy, José Luis Zeballos, a member of the National Dispatch Area team, was informed that Coexca S.A. had selected him as the outstanding employee of the month. He expressed that he never anticipated receiving such an honor. José Luis has been with Coexca S.A. for two years and notes that the company appreciates both individual and team efforts, as well as maintaining a positive work environment. The focus isn't solely on financial matters but also on personal and human aspects. Coexca S.A. is like a big family, always providing support in all areas. At Coexca S.A., you're not just a number, but a person who is treated with respect. It's possible to talk to anyone, regardless of their position. There's always a willingness to engage in dialogue to address concerns or listen to our contributions, our ideas. "Working at the company has been a wonderful experience," he highlighted. Therefore, José Luis Zeballos plans to develop and grow within the company over the long term. "I want to continue improving in my field. I enjoy my job," he stated. On a personal level, he hopes to soon achieve the cherished dream of owning his own home, a goal he is already working towards. "I want to secure my own home, and my dream is for my children to be happy in the future," he detailed. In the meantime, he will keep contributing his best to the company, "with greater responsibility and commitment."
