# At Coexca S.A., I have found fulfillment and have been able to grow.

Carlos Figueroa Alegría, who works in the Packing Area, was visibly thrilled and excited upon learning that he had been named the employee of the month by Coexca S.A. This recognition was awarded for his performance, dedication, and commitment to the company, a piece of news that took him by surprise and filled him with joy. "It was an overwhelming feeling. I never saw it coming!" he exclaimed. "It was truly overwhelming. I never anticipated it because there are so many employees in the company, and all of them are excellent at what they do. So, I thought it would be challenging for me to be selected. That's why the happiness I felt was immense," he commented. Born in Talca, Carlos Figueroa is a proud father to his six-year-old daughter, Carla, for whom he says he makes all his daily efforts. He joined Coexca S.A. four years ago, working in the Packing Area, specifically in bagging since then. He mentioned that he has always aimed to do his job well, with responsibility and dedication, and in collaboration with his colleagues, to whom he dedicates this award. "I try to do my job as best as I can, with dedication and commitment. I believe those were some of the reasons. But, it's also an award for the team in the Area, for our collective work," he stressed. Looking back, Carlos Figueroa reflected that joining the company has been "a beautiful experience, where I've learned a lot." "Working at Coexca has been a great experience. I know there's still much for me to learn. I have very good coworkers, and the work environment is positive," he noted.
